廣西柳州鋼都鋼管有限公司成立于2004年7月21日，地處廣西工業(yè)重鎮(zhèn)柳州市，鐵路、公路、水陸交通甚為方便，是目前廣西唯一的無(wú)縫鋼管專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家。公司現(xiàn)有員工300名，其中長(zhǎng)期從事無(wú)縫鋼管制造行業(yè)的高級(jí)技術(shù)、管理人員占20%，從事無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)歷史30年以上，擁有豐富的鋼管生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和鋼管生產(chǎn)專利技術(shù)。
Guangxi Liuzhou Gangdu Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (former Liuzhou Steel Group Seamless Steel Pipe Mill) was established in July 21, 2004, which is located in Liuzhou, the industrial City, in Guangxi Province. The transportations of this city are very convenient including railway, highway and water. Our company is the only manufacturer so far that produces seamless steel pipe in Guangxi Province. There are 300 employees in our company and 20% of them are high-level technicians and management staffs with resourceful experience and steel pipe patent technology in seamless steel pipe industry. They all have worked at seamless steel pipe for more than 30 years.
廣西柳州鋼都鋼管有限公司高起點(diǎn)、高投入，配套裝備了熱軋、冷撥、冷軋和無(wú)損探傷設(shè)備以及用于質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的全套理化試驗(yàn)設(shè)備，技術(shù)力量雄厚。目前年產(chǎn)各類無(wú)縫鋼管3.5萬(wàn)噸，可生產(chǎn)直徑12mm-168mm，壁厚1.5mm－22mm等規(guī)格的冷拔、冷軋無(wú)縫鋼管、精密無(wú)縫管、異型鋼管、冷拉棒材及其它異型鋼管。
With high starting point and high investment, our company has equipped with hot rolling, cold drawn and nondestructive crack detector and whole set of physical and chemical testing equipment for quality control. The total annual volume of all products is 35,000 metric tons and we are capable of producing cold drawn and cold rolling seamless steel pipes, high density seamless steel pipes, strange shape steel pipes, cold pulling rods and other strange shape steel pipes with a diameter of 12mm-168mm and wall thickness of 1.5mm-22mm.
